The following general terms and conditions apply to business relationships between customers and the watskin.com online shop.
Shipping, postage and packaging
We are shipping only within Switzerland.
Delivery service and delivery costs may vary depending on the product and quantity. Information in the shopping cart.
The billing address is always the delivery address.
Transport damage must be reported to the delivery service immediately.
Payment only online, i.e. against prepayment.
The online shop watskin.com assumes no liability for any shipments not received. When you receive the goods, please check that they are complete and undamaged. If you have any complaints about damage to the package, please send us an email immediately to email@example.com.
Delivery time: We endeavor to deliver the goods to you as quickly as possible. We usually deliver within 3 to 6 working days after receipt of payment. Depending on the availability of the products, longer delivery times may arise.
Complaint / exchange / return
Exchanges and returns are not provided and are only possible in exceptional cases and after prior consultation.
If you have any complaints, please send us an email immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Goods complained about must be sent to us in suitable containers. Complaints about opened goods cannot be processed because defects can no longer be traced. Return costs are borne by the customer.
We calculate all prices in Swiss francs and include VAT of 7.70%.
